The program

Flowfirm provides an AI phone-intake service for law firms. When you call a participating law firm and complete an intake, Flowfirm sends a single follow-up text message on the firm's behalf containing a link to schedule a consultation with the attorney. These are transactional follow-up messages tied directly to a call you placed to the firm.

How you opt in

Consent is collected verbally during your phone call with the firm. You initiate contact by calling the firm, provide your own mobile number during the intake, and agree to receive a follow-up text with scheduling information. Phone numbers are never purchased, rented, or added to messaging without the individual having called the firm first.

Message frequency

Message frequency is low and transactional. In most cases you will receive one follow-up message after your call. You may occasionally receive a brief reminder related to scheduling your consultation.

Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Opting out and getting help

You can cancel the messaging service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation and then stop sending messages. To rejoin, sign up again as you did the first time. For help, reply HELP or contact us using the details below.
